Edmund was the son of John Page and Sarah Singletary of Haverhill, Mass., and was married on 5 Feb 1735 to Abigail Page, the daughter of Jeremiah Page and Deborah Hendrick of Haverhill and Newbury, Mass. Edmund settled in North Haverhill, part of which later became Plaistow and Atkinson, New Hampshire. In 1738 he built the original wing of the Page homestead in Atkinson. He served as a colonel in the New Hampshire militia, and raised his nephew John, sending him to Harvard. Children:

* Daniel, b. 6 Nov 1735, d. 20 Nov 1736

* David, b. 23 Nov 1737, d. Chatham, NH 1 April 1812, m. (1) Elizabeth "Betsey" Eastman, b. 11 Jan 1740, daughter of Samuel Eastman and Elizabeth Putney. He m. (2) Ruth Eastman, b. Sep 1740, d. 5 Apr 1822, daughter of Philip Eastman and Abiah Bradley of Concord, NH. David and Ruth are buried in Fryeburg, ME. David served in Roger's Rangers during the Seven-years War, and was the colonel of a New Hampshire regiment during the RW. He was a selectman, justice of the peace, and state representative from Conway, NH. In 1775 he was a member of the Provincial Congress at Exeter, NH. He and his second wife are buried in the Fryeburg Village Cemetery, Oxford Co., Maine. Eleven children.

* Ruth, b. 14 Mar 1740, d. 16 Mar 1740

* Jesse, b. 16 Feb 1741, d. 14 July 1787, and m. Hampstead, NH 21 June 1763 Sarah "Sally" SAWYER, b. Newbury, Mass. 19 May 1743, d. Atkinson, NH 3 Aug 1792, the daughter of William Sawyer and Hannah Follansbee. Jesse was a captain in Col Gale's NH regiment in 1778. He lived on the Page homestead in Atkinson. He and Sally are buried in the Atkinson Cemetery.

* William, b. 14 Mar 1742/3, d. Dunbarton, NH 1792, m. 1767 Hannah HEATH, b. 1744, d. prob 1796, daughter of Bartholomew Heath and Mary Pike. He was a farmer in Dunbarton.

* Deborah, b. 13 Jul 1745, d. Conway, NH 27 Oct 1815, m. Plaistow, NH Oct 1762 Joshua KELLEY, b. Newbury, MA 13 Feb 1743, d. Conway, NH 1 May 1822, the son of John Kelley and Hannah Davis. Joshua was a soldier in the RW. He and Deborah share a tombstone in the Green Hill Cemetery, Conway (Carroll Co.), NH.

* Job, b. 10 Nov 1748, d. Conord, NH 15 Dec 1798, m. Haverhill 27 May 1783 Lydia KIMBALL, b. Bradford, Mass. 23 Aug 1754, d. Concord, NH Oct 1833, daughter of James Kimball and Lydia Duston. He served in Col. Bartlett's regiment during the Rev. War. [Note: I called the Concord Cemetery Office (they have records for 13 Concord cemeteries) on 27 Feb 2015, and they did not have any record of Job and Lydia under the name Page or Paige).

* Jeremiah, b. 25 Mar 1751, d. Conway, NH 6 Jan 1827, m. Mary DUSTON, b. likely in Salem, NH 9 Aug 1752, d. Somersworth, NH 1 Nov 1808, daughter of Thomas Duston and Abiah Guild. Jeremiah was a soldier in the Revolutionary War, and settled in Conway, NH shortly thereafter, where he was a surveyor and tithingman. Mary died when she was thrown from her horse while returning home from Salem, NH. Jeremiah and Mary are buried in Green Hill Cem., Conway.
