Chlotile Reynolds Moberly, 90, widow of Russell Lee Moberly, passed away on Sunday, Oct. 16, 2011, at Central Baptist Hospital. She was born at Buckeye in Garrard Co., Ky., Sept. 18, 1921, the daughter of Allie and Minnie Lee Collins Reynolds. She was a graduate of Kirksville High School and worked alongside her husband in Contractors Lumber & Supply in Lexington. She was a member of First Baptist Church, where she enjoyed the Bethany Sunday School Class, and was active in the Women's Missionary Union over the years. She was a volunteer and Lifetime Member of Central Baptist Hospital Auxiliary which she served as Treasurer for 18 years. She loved being a homemaker and her greatest joy in life was her family.
Survivors include two daughters, Jane Russell Boyd and her husband, Ron, of Richmond and Nora Katherine Moberly, of Louisville; two grandchildren, Cassie Baldwin and her husband, Brent, of Richmond and Joshua Boyd and his wife, Amanda, of Charlestown, IN; four great-grandchildren, Chase Boyd Baldwin, Tilly Margaret Baldwin, Dawson Stephen Boyd and Alexis Nicole Boyd; Several nieces, nephews and cousins. She was preceded in death by two brothers, Clayton Reynolds (Martha McCollum) and Harlin "Cork" Reynolds (Ruth Hendren).
Funeral Services at Combs, Parsons & Collins Funeral Home with Rev. Bill Fort officiating. Burial will follow in Richmond Cemetery.
Visitation at Combs, Parsons & Collins Funeral Home. Pallbearers will be Joe Reynolds, Dan Reynolds, Joshua Boyd, Brent Baldwin, Chase Baldwin and Billy Collins. Honorary Pallbearers will be members of the Bethany Sunday School Class.
