Born c.1743 to Ebenezer and Rebecca (nee Ward) Farrand, Mrs. Kitchell, died "in the 64th year of her age". She was the wife of US Congressman Aaron Kitchell, who survived her by 13 years. Her name is inscribed on the northern side of her husband's monument, which also honors Joseph and Rachel Bates Kitchell. This granite memorial, erected during the Victorian era, replaced the sandstone steles which had originally marked the couples' graves.
