CARMEL VALLEY – To all our family and friends, it is with great sadness that we announce our beloved Mel and Elizabeth passed away tragically and unexpectedly on Monday, January 29, 2007.
Elizabeth Rosnack was born in El Paso, TX, on October 4, 1951. Elizabeth's father was in the U.S. Army and they traveled throughout the U.S. and Europe in her childhood. She graduated from high school in Coraopolis, PA. In 1986, she moved to Pacific Grove. There she met Mel and they married in 1995. She worked in various fields including legal, nursing, and assisting with the sick and dying, but her life's gift was in showing her love for Mel and her family and friends, and it was evidenced in how she always remembered others and made them feel special and loved. She was a wonderful mother to her son, Tommy and new daughter-in-law Mimi, a loving, caring, and devoted daughter, sister, and friend. She loved being actively involved in her nieces' and nephews' lives, and was truly in her glory as a new grandmother to baby Lovelynn.
Mel and Elizabeth are survived by son, Tommy Ellington-Wills, his wife, Mimi Wills, and granddaughter Lovelynn of Santa Barbara, CA; her mother, Reynalda Rosnack and sister, Gina Rogers (Larry) of Susanville, CA; brothers, Michael (Sherri) and Stephen (Stacey) of Roseville, CA; nieces and nephews Jennifer, Christine, Cathy, David, Jessica, Joey, and Ryan, and his brother-in-law, Mike Ciraolo of Oakland, CA; and niece and nephew, Mike, Jr. and Leda.
Mel and Elizabeth were soul mates who loved each other deeply and are sadly missed by all. Private services will be held for family and close friends. Donations may be made to the Lovelynn Rey Wills fund at Washington Mutual, Account #3124977618. Our family wishes to sincerely thank all of their friends for your amazing outpouring of support and love. God bless you.
