Gladys M. Reamer

ST. THOMAS, Pa. - Gladys M. Reamer, 78, of 5441 Jack Road, died Tuesday, April 7, 1998, at Chambersburg Hospital.
Born Jan. 28, 1920, in Chambersburg, Pa., she was the daughter of the late Charles A. and Bessie Milliken Helman.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Elmond Leroy Reamer, in 1992.
She was a homemaker.
She was a member of St. John's United Methodist Church, Warm Spring Road, Chambersburg.
She is survived by three daughters, Barbara K. Strock of St. Thomas, Marianne Reamer of Fairfax, Va., and Melanie L. Bard of Fort Loudon, Pa.; four sons, Dennis N. Reamer of Fort Loudon, David K. Reamer of Martinsburg, W.Va., James B. Reamer of St. Thomas and Dale V. Reamer of Chambersburg; 14 grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by a daughter, Donna S. Geyer, in 1993; a grandson; and a half sister, Mary Myers.
Services will be Friday at 11 a.m. at Kelso-Cornelius Funeral Home, 6492 Lincoln Way West, St. Thomas. The Rev. John Morrison will officiate. Burial will be in Lincoln Cemetery, Chambersburg.
The family will receive friends Friday one hour prior to the service at the funeral home.
