Anna Smith Rite Monday In Rug City-Amsterdam-Mrs. Anna Mary Register Smith, 57, wife of Leslie P. Smith Sr. of 101 E. Main St., died yesterday in a Utica hospital where she had been a patient since March 28.
Mrs. Smith was born in Lake City, FLa., and had lived in Amsterdam since 1950.
In addition to her husband, she is survived by a son, Leslie P. Smith Jr., this city; two daughters, Miss Cathorine Ann Smith, Amsterdam, and Mrs. Charles Pendlebury of Bennington, VT; two sisters, Mrs. Mamie Crews of Lake City, Fla, and Mrs Nellie Stormant of White Springs, Fla.; three brothers, Forrest, Jake and William Register of Tampa, Fla.; two grandchildren, also nieces and nephews.
The Rev. Dr. Floyd H. Moyer will conduct funeral services at 2 p.m. Monday at the Bolce Funeral Home. Burial will be in Fair View Cemetery. The funeral home will be open from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. tomorrow.
