Norma Jean Buie, 75 went to be with the Lord, Saturday, September 24, 2011, in San Antonio, Texas. Jean was born August 3, 1936 in Schleicher County, Texas to Archie & Mary (Parker) Buie. She was preceded in death by her parents, sisters & brother-in-laws- Viola & Earnest Koog, Linda & Charles Edwards & George Ivey. She is survived by her sister, Frances Ivey & numerous nieces & nephews. The family would like to thank Jean's friends, Linda Scott & Joyce Hathcox & the members of the Alamo Heights Baptist Church Family for their loving care! A Celebration of Life will be held 11:00 AM on Saturday, October 1, 2011 at Alamo Heights Baptist Church.
