She was born in Pike County, Nov 24, 1921, a daughter of Frankie Mullins Adkins and the late Criss Adkins.
She was a homemaker and domestic worker and was a member of the Antioch Old Regular Baptist Church in Louisville.
Besides her monther, she is survived by two sons; Lynn David Rowe and Perry Rowe, both of Louisville; five daughters: Kay Wicker of Marion, OH, Cheryl DeGeorge, Sharon Leras, Judy Dixon and Ava Webber, all of Louisville; two brothers, Edd Adkins and Benette Adkins, both of Louisville; Six sisters: Edith A Gillespie of Charlestown Indiana, Reable Coleman of Grundy, Va, Peg Adkins, Betty Thacker, Ruby Caulfield and Carol Alvey, all of Louisville; 10 grandchildren and 4 great grandchildren.
Funeral services were held Tuesday Jan 16, at the Antioch Old Regular Baptist Church. Burial followed in Resthaven Memorial Park, Louisville
