Wm. R. Kenyon Dies Suddenly at Country Home Near Amsterdam.
Amsterdam, N.Y. - July 29. - William R. Kenyon died suddenly last night at his country home near here, aged sixty-seven. He was a native of Oswego, but spent most of his life in the West, being for two terms Mayor of Butte, Mont., and chairman of the State Central Democratic Committee of that State, and closely associated with Senator W. A. Clarke in business.
W. R. Kenyon at one time lived in West Fifth Street. He was a brother of L. L. Kenyon who was in the hardware business in Oswego for many years.
