"James McGill did NOT die in Indiana and was NOT buried in the Livonia Cemetery. He died in Pendleton County, Kentucky, where his estate was settled in 1834. A person can't die in one state and have his settlement in another. The DAR record of his supposed burial in Indiana is simply WRONG.'
