JOSEPH DROUILLARD DEAD; Was last member of old and prominent family.
Mr. Joseph Drouillard, one of our oldest and best known citizens, died this Wednesday morning, March 24, 1920, aged 85 years and three months. Mr. Drouillard was the son of Joseph and Sarah Drouillard, pioneer French settlers in this community and a very prominent family. He was a man held in high esteem by all his acquaintances and a druggist by profession. Mr. Drouillard was an uncle of Messrs. C. Frank and Joseph Norton and Mrs. Marie Thomas. The funeral will be held Friday afternoon, the burial being at Pine Street by Undertaker Hayward. Gallipolis Daily Tribune, 24 March 1920
Mr. Drouillard's Funeral. The funeral of the late Mr. Joseph Drouillard will be held from the residence of Mr. Tom C. Thomas on Third Avenue Friday afternoon at 2 o'clock. Rev. Mr. D. Finley Wood will conduct the service. Interment at Pine Street by Haywood. Gallipolis Daily Tribune, Thursday, March 25th, 1920.
