Notes: THE PARIS NEWS Tue., Dec. 17, 1991, p.2A. '... 84, 60-17th NW died at St. Joseph's Hospital on Mon. Services at 11 a.m. Wed., at Bright-Holland with Rev. Othoe Stegall and Rev. O.D. Robertson. Born in Lamar County, she married Sam Abbot who preceded her in death in 1945. Was a member of the Bonham St. Church of God and retired from Nahas as a seamstress. She later worked at the Gordon Country Club. Surviving are a son and daughter in law, Earl and Dortha Abbott of Paris; a daughter in law, Ethel Abbott of Paris; 4 grandchildren, Ronnie Abbott, Cyndy Lightfoot, and Jan Floyd all of Paris and Larry Westbrook of Plano and 6 great grandchildren. Was preceded in death by 2 sons, William R. Abbott and Roy Lee Abbott.' *On the same stone with Samuel C. Abbott. *See record of son, William Ray Abbott.
