Plainview, Minn., Mrs. Agnes Selke, 64 a Plainview Homemaker, died today a St. Marys Hospital in Rochester of complications following surgey.
The former Agnes Bade was born June 19, 1919, in Red Wing, Minn. and married Leon Selke on July 23, 1939, in Plainview, Minn.. They made their home in rural Plainview and Mr. Selke worked at Lackside Packiing. In 1965, they moved to Elba where he operated a milk hauling service. After his death in 1981, Mrs. Selke returned to Plainview.
She was a member of the Dorcas Club at Immanuel Lutheran Church in Plainview.
Survivors include a son, Dale of Elba; five daughters, Mrs. Michael (Elaine) Burns and Mrs. Roger (Donna) Irish, both of Plainview, Mrs. Henry (Darlene) Dorman of Lancaster,
Calif., Mrs James (Kathleen) Connaughty of Goodview, Minn., and Mrs. Robert (LaVonne) Potter of Eyota; 18 grandchildren; and four sisters, Mrs. Mildred Bronkhurst, Mrs Donald (Ethel) Anderson and Eleanor Bade, all of Lake City, and Mrs. Irene Reick of Bay City, Wis.
The funeral is 2 p.m. Monday at Imanual Lutheran Church, with the Rev. Gerald Peterson officiating. The burial will be in the Woodland Cemetery in rural Plainview, Minn.
