Kenneth Calvin Veiock, 73, of 349 Beaver St., Beaver died Wednesday, Oct. 14, 1981, in the Medical Center of Beaver County following an extended illness.

Born Oct. 21, 1907, in New Brighton, son of the late Theodore Ira and Nancy Calvin Veiock, he had lived in Beaver for about 46 years and retired in 1970, after 34 years of service, as a meat cutter for C. W. Dalzell Food Market, Monaca. He was formerly employed as a meat cutter in New Brighton, Beaver and Rochester.

He was a member of the First Presbyterian Church, Beaver, a former deacon and was a member of the Agnew Hice Bible Class of the church. He was a graduate of the Class of 1924, New Brighton High School, and was past master and former treasurer of Union Lodge 259, F&AM, New Brighton, and a member of the Beaver Area Heritage Foundation.

Surviving are his wife, Helen Ahrend Veiock; two daughters, Mrs. James A. (Carol) Burnside III, Bradenton, Fla., and Miss Susan Veiock, Fort Lauderdale, Fla.; a brother, Theodore I. Veiock, Hot Springs Village, Ark.; a sister, Mrs. Joseph W. (Isodeen) Serene, Indiana, Pa., and a number of cousins. His sister, Mrs. John G. (Beulah) Cook, died in 1969.

Friends will be received Friday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. in the J. T. Anderson Jr. and Son Funeral Home, 205 College Ave., Beaver, where a service will be conducted Saturday at 11 a.m. The Rev. William M. Meyer, his pastor, will officiate.

Interment will take place in Sylvania Hills Memorial Park, Daugherty Township.

Members of Union Lodge 259, F&AM, New Brighton, will meet Friday, Oct. 16, 1981, at 9 p.m. in the J.T. Anderson Jr. and Son Funeral Home, Beaver, to conduct a Masonic service for their late brother, Kenneth C. Veiock.
