MRS. JOHN A. GAULT
MONONGAHELA, Apr 28 -- Mrs. Mary Jane Gault, wife of the late John A. Gault, aged 85 years, died Saturday morning at 6:30 o'clock at her home near Mingo church, Union township, following an illness of six months.
Mrs. Gault was born December 31, 1845, near Wylandville, and was a daughter of William and Jane Cheesman Pease. She was united in marriage to John A. Gault, Sr., November 10, 1876.
She was an esteemed member of the Mingo Presbyterian church.
She leaves two sons, D. Leroy and John A Gault, Jr., both of Union township, and four daughters, Mrs. J. D. Houston, of Union township; Mrs. J. F. Long, of Monongaleha; Mrs. J. A. Amos*, of Bakersfield, Cal., and Miss Nora Gault at home. One sister, Mrs. Sarah Gamble**, of Elizabeth, and three brothers, M. J. Pease** of Brownsville; Albert Pease**, of Wylandville, and J. M. Pease**, of Cleveland, Ohio, also survive.
Funeral services were held in the home today, April; 28, 1930 at 2 p.m.,, In charge of Rev. Frank Getty. Interment was in the MIngo cemetery.

**These were her half-sibblings as her mother died about 6 weeks after giving birth to her. William remarried 2nd to Eliza Davis with whom he had 2 children and 3rd to Cordelia G Sutman with whom he had 7 more children.
