Mark Allen Gregory, 40, died Saturday, Oct. 8, 2011, in Fort Worth. Graveside service: 1 p.m. Friday in Crowley Cemetery, the Rev. Randy McLelland officiating. Visitation: No viewing or visitation. Memorials: May be made to the Humane Society of North Texas, 1840 E. Lancaster Ave, Fort Worth, Texas 76103.

Mark Allen Gregory was born Oct. 28, 1970, in Fort Worth, the son of Ellen Anita Zent Gregory and the late Glenn Harrison Gregory. He graduated from Crowley High School and was employed by CINRAM Wireless. Mark never met a stranger. He was a gentle soul and will be missed by his family and many friends. They take comfort that Mark was able to help others by being an organ donor. He was preceded in death by his father; his paternal grandparents, Joseph and Attye Mae Gregory; and his maternal grandparents, William and Ruth Zent.

Survivors: Mother, Anita Lauterbach and stepfather, Pete Lauterbach, of Burleson; brother, Michael and wife, Angie, and nephew, Jarod, all of Allen; aunt and uncle, Carolyn and Bob Newton of Cleburne; and friend, Terry Alger of Fort Worth.
