Louise Adams, of Midland, an amazing mother, grandmother, and friend, passed away Thursday, February 9, 2006 in Odessa, Texas.
She was born February 19, 1922 to August F. Drueckhammer and Louise Lippe Drueckhammer in Priddy, Texas. On May 9, 1953, she married Paul W. Adams in San Angelo, Texas. Louise was an active member of Midland Lutheran Church.
She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband, Paul W. Adams in 2002, two sisters, Hilda Foreman and Frieda Johnson, and two brothers, Alfred and Arthur Drueckhammer.
Louise is survived by her daughter and son-in-law, Diana and Scott Goodwin, and her grandson, Zachary Paul Goodwin, all of Odessa, TX; brother and sister-in-law, Walter and Isabella Drueckhammer of Rowena, TX; and sister, Leona Glasgow of Spruce Creek, PA.
The family will receive friends at Ellis Funeral Home, Friday, February 10, 2006 between the hours of 6:30 P.M. and 8:30 P.M.
Funeral services have been scheduled for 3:00 P.M. Saturday, February 11, 2006 at Midland Lutheran Church. Interment will follow at Resthaven Memorial Park. Arrangements are under the direction of Ellis Funeral Home.
