The daughter of Jan Krejci and Anna Mladekova, Katherine was born in the village of Chlum in the Chrudim District within the Pardubice Region (Pardubický kraj) in the Province of Bohemia, a part of the Austrian Empire. (modern-day Czech Republic).

Obituary:

Katherine V. Moler, age 78 years, passed away at a local hospital Wednesday, September 26, following a four-day illness. Mrs. Moler came to Bellingham ten years ago and was a member of the Church of the Nazarine. She is survived by her husband, Peter M. Moler; five daughters, Miss Gladys A.L. Moler and Mrs. Alvin A. Gowens, this city; Mrs. J.C. Bruce, Cedar Rapids, Ia., Mrs. L.H. Wheeler, Tacoma, Wash., Mrs. A.C. Morgan, Mitchell, South Dakota; five sons, Clarence L., John V., and Myron C.E. of Garden City, Kan., Louis I., of Blaine, Wash., and Millard P., Meade, Kan,; thirty-two grandchildren and thirteen great-grandchildren. The remains rest at the funeral home of Harlow-Hollingsworth where services will be conducted by Revs. Harold L. Lewis and D.B. Kunkle, Tuesday, October 2, at 1:30 p.m. Final resting place, Bay View cemetery.
