MACKELVIE , PHILIP A., 81, of Lakewood, CO passed away at home with his family at his side on Monday, September 5, 2011. Survived by loving wife, Donna; daughter, Tressa, sons Phil (Susan), Tom (Carol), and Peter Matthew; granddaughters Kate, Kristina, and Erika; 2 great granddaughters; so many dear life-long friends. Preceded in death by parents Brig. Gen. J.W. and Ethel MacKelvie , brother Jay Ward MacKelvie . Phil was founder/owner of Technical Tools Inc. Lifelong golf enthusiast, his happiest day was 5/12/2008 finally made hole-in-one. Memorial Service and reception Thurs., September 15, 2011, 11AM, at Life Source Adventist Church, 6200 W.
