MARION - Mrs. Annie McIntyre Bethea, 81, died Saturday in a local hospital.
The funeral will be 11 a.m. Monday at the Church of the Advent. Burial will be in Mullins Family Cemetery near Mullins directed by Smith Brothers Funeral Home.
Mrs. Bethea was born in Marion County, a daughter of the late Joseph J. and May Mullins McIntyre. She was the granddaughter of William Sidney and Sarah Ann Hodge Mullins, after whom the city of Mullins is named.
Surviving are her husband, Curtis Bethea; and a sister, Mrs. Julie Johnson of Knoxville, Tenn.
