Born in Missouri and believed to be the daughter of William S Level and Harriet P ???. Found living with another family and working on their farm as a farm laborer on the 1860 US Federal Census. She married Matthew Edmonds in 1864 in Kansas. Cynthia and Matt had 10 children total according to the 1900 and 1910 US Census', of which I have 11 on my tree??? They raised their children on their farm, and I'm sure Cynthia helped with the farm work. She lived here until at least 68 years of age, after which she moved to her daughter, Frances Araminta Edmonds-Woodhead, and son-in-law's farm.
