Fletcher Ave., died at 11:45 p.m.,
Wednesday at the Muscatine General
hospital after an illness of two
days.
A daughter of William and Marie
Schreiber Yoder, she was born
March 9, 1891 at Forrest, Ill. She
had resided here 13 1/2 years,
coming from Eliza, Ill. September
6, 1919, Caroline Yoder married
Joseph L. Schrock at Muscatine.
She was a member of the Eliza
Community church.
Survivors are her husband, Jos-
eph L. Schrock; four sons, Er-
nest L., New Boston, William R.,
Drury Twp., Joseph P., Jr., Joy,
and Edward D. Seaton; three
daughters, Mrs. Raymond (Helen)
Herman, Brimfield, Ill., Mrs.
Chalmer (Marjorie) Genung, Musca-
tine, and Mrs. Fred (Minnie)
Miller, McCausland; two brothers,
Fr. Ed Yoder, Letts, and Ernest
Yoder, Golden, Colo.; four sis-
ters, Miss Ruth Yoder, Peoria,
Mrs. David (Rose) Hoerr, Peoria,
Mrs. Harvey (Neoma) Johnson,
Letts, and Mrs. Gilbert (Bertha)
Reed, West Plains, Mo.; 34 grand-
children and four greatgrand-
children.
She was preceded in death by her
parents, four sisters, one bro-
ther and three grandchildren.
Funeral services will be held at
11 a.m. Saturday, at the George
M. Wittich Funeral home. Rev.
Frank Gillett and Rev. Ralph
Fischer will officiate. Burial
will be at Memorial Park ceme
tery. The body is at the George
M. Wittich Funeral home.
