Mrs. Ida Lorena Crow, 64, 1111 E.
2nd St., was dead on arrival at the
Muscatine General hospital at 1:12
p.m. Friday. The sudden death was
attributed to a heart ailment.
Funeral services will be held at 3
p.m. Monday at the Geo. M. Wittich
Funeral Home. Burial will be in
Memorial Park cemetery. Visitation
will begin at 7 this evening.
Ida Lorena Haller was born Sept.
1, 1908 at Muscatine, the daughter
of John and Rosa Lawrence Haller.
She was a life resident of Muscatine.
She married Oscar Olson Oct. 15,
1927 at Muscatine. He preceded her
in death.
She married Seldon Crow June 8, 1962
at Burlington, Iowa.
Mrs. Crow was a member of the Zion
Lutheran church, the Women of the
Moose and was employed at the Weber
Button Co.
Surviving are her husband, Seldon
Crow; a son, DeWayne Olson,
Muscatine; a daughter, Mrs. Ray
(Roselyn) Wichers, Muscatine; six
brothers, Elmer (Lefty) Haller,
Herbert Haller, John Haller,
George Haller, Fred Haller,
Charles Haller; Muscatine; a
sister, Mrs. Eugene (Dorothy)
Berlin, Muscatine; and four
grandchildren.
In addition to her first husband,
she was preceded in death by her
parents, one daughter, one son,
one brother and one sister.
