Clarence Sanderson, 103, died at 4:40 p.m. March 19, 2013, at Community Health Professionals Inpatient Hospice Center, Van Wert.
He was born Aug. 20, 1909, in Paulding County, Ohio, to the late Nancy Elizabeth Shinaberry and James Harvey Sanderson.
His wife, Clara Maye (Walters), died Dec. 9, 1997. They exchanged vows on April 5, 1930. They were married for 67 years and had seven children.
Services will begin at 10 a.m. Friday at First Baptist Church, Van Wert. Pastor Steve Robinson will officiate. Burial will be in Blue Creek Cemetery, Haviland
