Roy and Mamie (Craig) Shackelford; retired in 1986 from the freight business; a member of The Catholic Church of St. John the Baptist.
Predeceased by parents, sisters Shirley Dickinson and Maxine White, and brothers James and Hollis Shackelford.
Survivors include wife Carolyn Ratliff Shackelford, sons Gerald (Mary) Shackelford and Douglas (Elizabeth) Shackelford, daughter Lisa (Peter) Couch, nine grandchildren, sisters JoAnn Newkirk Shaw and Sue Adcock Cunningham, brothers in law Larry Ratliff and Donald Cunningham, sister in law Kathryn Shackelford, nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to St. John's School.
