Born in Lincoln, Nebraska, she came to Muncie in 1916.
Mrs. Rowe had worked for more than 20 years in the office of the Delaware County Voter Registration Board, retiring in the late 1960s.
Mrs. Rowe was one of the oldest members of the First Baptist Church of Muncie, having joined the church in 1916.
The widow of Harvey H. Rowe, who died in 1963, she is survived by a son, James A. Rowe of Oxford, Mich.; four grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.
Services will be at 10 a.m. Tuesday in Parson Mortuary-Adams Street Chapel with Rev. Dan Mattox officiating. Burial will be in Beech Grove Cemetery. The family will receive callers at the mortuary 6-8 p.m. Monday.
