VALDOSTA — Amarion Dontrell Hollis age 5, was born July 15, 2006 in Valdosta, Ga. He went to be with the Lord on Oct. 1, 2011. He attended J.L. Lomax Elementary School.
He leaves to cherish his memories his mother and father, Tina and Frankie Hollis; three siblings, Amarius Dakwon Shivers, Amarianna Denyah Hollis, and Amdrion Donvonte Shivers; loving grandmothers, Lilly Ruth Shivers, Willie Mae Wade, and Ruby Anderson; loving grandfathers, David Lee Shivers, Edward Wade and Juan Anderson, all of Cairo, Ga.; a host of uncles, aunts, cousins, and friends.
The family would like to give special thanks to McCrae-Godfrey Mortuary of Valdosta, Tesheena S. Burch, Rosalin S. Griffin, Union Cathedral, Greater Mt. Carmel Ministry and to the community at large for acts of kindness, prayers, and support shown during this time of bereavement.
Funeral services will be held at 3 p.m. Saturday, Oct. 8, 2011 at Union Cathedral. Bishop Wade S. McCrae is the Pastor and Elder David M. Northcutt will officiate. Burial will follow in Sunset Hill Cemetery.
