Death of Mrs. Fields
Mrs. Louisa Fields died at the home of her son, Ex-Sheriff T.A. Fields in this city very suddenly Monday night. She had been able to be up and at the supper table in the afternoon, her general health, though, had been unfavorable for sometime. Her age was 84.
The interment took place Wednesday afternoon at the Field's Cemetery near Blundale. She was the wife of Eld. James Fields who preceded her in death about 23 years.
Besides a host of relatives and friends she leaves the following children: Mrs. Marjorie Kersey, Mrs. W. Price, Mrs. Rilla Screws, Mrs Sallie Holt, Messrs. Jas. W. Fields, Jno. Fields of Scott, Bill Fields of Register, T.A. Fields, Fuller Fields of Manasses and Miles Fields of Alamo.
The Forest-Blade joins in the sympathy of all for the bereaved family and friends in the death of this good lady.
