MR. FISHBACK DEAD
Mr. Fishback, of Gusset, Ga., who had been visiting with his daughter, Mrs. J. H. Collins, in East Highlands, died very suddenly of a hemorrhage of the lungs this morning. Mr. Fishback had been in poor health for several years, but for a few days had seemed to be so much improved that his death was quite a shock.
The Birmingham Ledger, Monday August 1, 1904, page 3 column 4:
Pratt City, Ala., August 1. - The remains of Mr. Fishback, the father of Mesdames Collins and Thornton, who died at the home of the former early Saturday morning, were interred in Greenwood cemetery, yesterday afternoon, Rev. J. W. Orr of Ensley officiating.
