Greenman Scott Died This A.M. In Oaklawn Hospital
---Greenman A. Scott, Marengo township, died at Oaklawn hospital at 6:31 this morning upon being admitted to the hospital.
---He was born Oct. 4, 1884 in Marshall township, the son of Adam and Huldah (Greenman) Scott and lived his entire life in this vicinity. He was married to Eleanor Felter, May 17, 1910, in Marshall. She preceded him in death April 24 1925. He was a member of St. Mary's church and a member of the Farm Bureau.
---He was engaged in farming for a number of years and was employed as maintenance man at Eaton Manufacturing. He retired in 1956.
---Surviving are three daughters, Mrs. Melvin (Elizabeth) Milatz, Marshall; Mrs. Eli (Martha) Miller, Marengo; Mrs. Woodrow (Dorothy) Orr, Battle Creek; eight grandchildren, three great grandchildren and a cousin, Mrs. Abi Holmes Marshall.

---Rosary will be recited Friday evening at 8 o'clock at the Court funeral hone for Greenman A. Scott, who died this morning at Oaklawn hospital. Requiem Mass will be sung at 10 o'clock Saturday morning by Rev. E. H. Grogan at St. Mary's church. Interment will follow in the family plot in Hotchkiss cemetery.

Rosary was said Friday evening at 8 o'clock at the Court Funeral Home for Greenman Scott, Marengo, who died Thursday morning at Oaklawn Hospital. Mass was offered at 10 a.m. Saturday at St. Mary's Church by Father E. H. Grogan with Mrs. J. W. Bump at the organ. Interment followed in st. Mary's cemetery. Pallbearers were, Dale and J. W. Hoffman, Joseph Bramble, Anton Presecan, Burton Williams and Matthew Woods, Jr.
