Thomas is the son of William Wesley and Elizabeth Bradford Newhouse. He married Frances L. Bryant on 2 Jan 1857 in Gibson Co., TN and they had three children to my knowledge. They are:
William Newhouse b. 1958 - death yet not found
Zachariah Bryant Newhouse 1859–1930
Lura Cunningham Newhouse 1861–1930
Thomas appears to have died from Consumption which in his time, was what they called Tuberculosis. He was still a young man and left behind a very young wife and three small children. His wife and children moved back home with her father - Zachariah "Rial" Bryant, for a time.
Their first child was William Newhouse but no data has been found on him past the 1880 Census including no death data. He was their first child. The other two are connected below. Research for William will continue and if found, will be added here.
