Kay Louise Fowler, 53, of Munford, TN., died of cancer Friday, August 16 at Baptist Memorial Hospital-Tipton in Covington.
Graveside services were at Forest Hill Cemetery East.
She was a member of Raliegh Assembly of God Church.
Mrs. Fowler, the wife of Randall E. Fowler, also left a daughter, Shannon Franks of Cordova; two sons, Randy E. Fowler Jr. and Danny Fowler, both of Memphis; her mother, Helene Voalker of Chicago and a grandson.
