She was born Feb. 24, 1928, to John and Ina Boice in Huntington. She lived most of her life in Wellington.
Marie retired from the Nova Telephone Co. and spent her remaining years spending time with her family. She had a love for horses and enjoyed knitting.
Marie is survived by her sons, Larry (Julie) Duncan of Norwalk and Alan (Leigh-Anne) Duncan of Galloway; daughters, Kathy Guess of Wellington and Joyce (Doug) Moore of Pittsfield; four stepchildren, Lloyd (Brenda) Lindsey of Nova, Debbie (Bill) Singleton of Grafton, Jimmy (Kaye) Lindsey of Ashland and Douglas Fulkerson of Elyria; 28 grandchildren; 48 great-grandchildren; one great-great-grandchild; and many nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her husbands, Harry O. Lindsey and Robert O. Fulkerson; one grandchild, Traci Rae; and one great-grandchild, Paul Ryan. She also was preceded in death by her brothers, Donald, Harold and Bobby; sisters, Mabel, Netta and Dorothy and twin sister, Marian.
Visitation will be 2 to 4 p.m. and 6 to 8 p.m. Sunday, Oct. 9, 2011, at Norton-Eastman Funeral Home, 370 S. Main St., Wellington, where funeral services will be conducted 11 a.m. Monday, Oct. 10. Burial will follow at Greenwood Cemetery, Wellington.
