Rev. Dan Cleveland was the founder and minister of The Church in the Barn in El Monte, California along with his wife, Nell, for 45 years. During that time, he preached on two weekly radio broadcasts at the church. The stations were KRKD, KFI, KFSG, KGER. KRKD was the longest station that the church ministered on.

He married Nell Christine Green and together they had six children:

Mary Jayne (Gene Adams) had three children, Darin, Jim and Susan. (Gene and Mary Jayne are deceased)

Robert (Candi) had three children, Robin, Honce and Tony. (Robert and Candi are deceased)

They leave a score of grandchildren and many, many great great and more great grandchildren.

Dan Cleveland was my husbands Grand-dad and was of Choctaw Indian heritage.

The pictures on these memorials were provided by me, and I have the originals. They have been copied in various places on the internet without proper credit given.

Granddad was never properly given a headstone when he passed, so the one that you see in the picture was provided by Chris Batts and Aunt Tuffy.
