Mrs. EDITH (ALLOTT) RODGERS, 75, wife of JOHN B. RODGERS, died unexpectedly at 1:20 o'clock this morning (April 4, 1958) in her home in Cowansville RD 1. Mrs. RODGERS was a long-time member of the Sherrett Methodist Church and the Missionary Society of the church. In addition to her husband, she is survived by a son ROBERT of Cowansville RD1; two daughters, MRS. HAZEL BERNARD of Cowansville RD 1 and MRS. ELEANOR ALLAMAN of Senaca; 12 grandchildren; a brother, WILLIAM ALLOTT of Cowansville RD 1 and two sisters, MRS. JOSEPHINE RUMBAUGH of Kittanning and WINIFRED ALLOTT of Punxsutawney. Friends will be received in her late home after 7 o'clock tonight. Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Monday in the Sherrett Methodist Church, with her pastor, Rev. FRED S. BOWES, officiating. Burial will be made in St. Paul's Reformed cemetery, Sugarcreek Twp. The Snyder funeral home, Cowansville, is in charge of arrangements.
