Susan was the second wife of Henry K. Jacobs (1848-1939). She married Henry between 1913 and 1915. Susan was married previously to Francis Marion "Frank" Goodrich (1852-1912) on January 2, 1873. Frank and Susan had six children together including: Jennie, Ollie, Lena, Abbie, William and Pvt. John Atherton Goodrich. Elizabeth was the daughter of William Gallenous Bean and Julia Ann "Judy" (Dunaway) Bean.
Please note: There is a mistake on Susan's death certificate and one of her obituaries that spells her last name as "Jacob." Several other newspaper articles and the census records as well as her second husband's death information and headstone confirm that her married name at the time of her death was "Jacobs."
