Actor. Born in Scotland, he appeared in the films, "The Cockleshell Heroes" (1955), "Stormy Crossing" (1957), "The Man Who Wouldn't Talk" (1958), "The Man Upstairs" (1958), "Carry On Sergeant" (1958), "Carry On Nurse" (1959), and "The Unstoppable Man" (1960). He trained at RADA and later became involved in film and television production in the 1960s. He was responsible for bringing the television series, "Dr. Finlay's Casebooks" (1962-1971), to TV.
