Natalie "Lee" Rena Cox, age 49, of Arkdelphia died Monday, October, 2011 in Hot Springs. She was born September 3, 1962, the daughter of James Lee Phillips and Diane Hummell. She served in the U.S. Navy and Army Reserve for 12 years, was a Persian Gulf War veteran and recieved numerous awards. She was a nurse for the Clinic for Children and Young Adults in Arkdelphia for nine years.

She was preceded in death by her father, James Lee Phillips.
She is survived by her husband of 21 years, Wayne Cox, one daughter, Nicole Rene Cox of Arkdelphia, her mother Diane Hummell of Lakeland, Flordia; one brother, Jim Phillips of Michigan.

Funeral service will be 1:00 PM Saturday October 8th in the Ruggles-Wilcox Funeral Chapel with burial in Rest Haven Memorial Gardens.
