Hello wonderful Family, Friends and Neighbors!
I, Pauline Schmutz Cox, am sending you greetings from the other side of the veil. I graduated from earth life on Tuesday, October 4, 2011 at 91 years young, in my home that Elmer built for our family here in Cedar City, Utah.

If you would like to meet my wonderful family in person...you are invited on Friday, October 7th to the Southern Utah Mortuary located on 190 N. 300 W. for my viewing from 6:00-8:00 pm and/or...you are welcome to attend my ‘Until We Meet Again' party on Saturday, October 8th at the Cedar 9th Ward Chapel located on 256 S. 900 W. For my viewing at 10:30-11:30 am... and my graduation ceremony is at 12:00 pm...From there you'll drive to St. George for my interment which will be at 3:30 pm. And yes...I will be there watching you! I am proud to call you my family, friends and neighbors!

I want to let you know that I have been reunited with my parents, Elmer's parents, my sister Naoma, and generations of ancestors! Truth be told, I am having so much fun with my son Elvin, my son-in-law Gary, and my two great grandchildren Taylee and Christian!

I had many wonderful experiences while enjoying earth life...I was a cowgirl who was raised on the Arizona strip, I graduated from Utah State University with a BS in Home Economics, I married the right person at the right time in the St. George Temple on July 31, 1941 and we recently celebrated our 70th anniversary. Elmer and I served in the St. George Temple for eighteen years. We served a mission in Guam. We square danced and round danced for over forty years. I enjoyed sewing, quilting, knitting, crocheting, serving as the Primary President as well as thirteen years as the Nursery Leader, and...and just for extra fun, I weeded and harvested our garden and then bottled our efforts!

I am leaving behind, for just a short time, my eternal companion Elmer F. Cox who will continue on loving our four children; Kenneth, Michael, LaNoma, Donald and their spouses, our 21 grandchildren, our 50 great grandchildren and our first Great Great Grandchild.

In the meantime...I would like to encourage you to remember who you are and who you serve, and to keep making memories with your loved ones, memories that will last for more than a lifetime.

Love Eternally, Pauline
