Rudy was born in Galveston,
Texas, June 29,1936.
He Graduated from Ball High
School in 1954, Texas Lutheran
University in 1959 then the
University of Texas Medical
Branch in 1963 receiving his
M.D.
He served in the U.S. Navy
from 1964 to 1966. _
Dr. Anders practiced medicine
in Santa Fe, Texas, for 21
years then retired to Carrollton,
Texas.
Rudy was of the Lutheran
Faith and a member of American
Medical Assn., and the
Texas Medical Assn.
Dr. Anders served as President
of MHMR in Galveston
County.
He served on the staff at the
former Galveston County Hospital
in Texas City, Texas.
Survived by his wife, Isabel
Ann Tulloch Anders of Carrollton,
Texas; daughters, Keri.

Greg of Fosston, MN;-Yield Anders
Braches and husband
Robert of Piano, Texas; and Lori
Anders Bartz and husband
Bradley of Keller, Texas; a son,
Ernest Rudolph Anders in and
wife Sue of Scottsdale, Arizona;

and husband Jack of Reno,
Nevada and Frances Ander

Galveston, Texas; grandchildren
