Gilbert H. Proctor, 70, 1310 E. Cleveland, died Saturday at Ranch Terrace Nursing Home. Services are scheduled for 10:30 am Wednesday at Smith Funeral Chapel. Entombment will be at Rose Hill Mausoleum, Tulsa. Mr. Proctor was born April 23, 1919, in Indianola, Okla., served in the U.S. Army during W.W. II, and worked at City Drug from 1965-1974 as a registered pharmacist.

He was a graduate of Haileyville High School and the University of Oklahoma, Norman. He was a Baptist and a member of the Veterans of Foreign Wars Post. Survivors include wife Helen; sons Frank Proctor of Sapulpa, Kenneth Proctor of Tulsa, Rodney Proctor of Tokyo, and Robert Proctor of Vicenza, Italy; daughters Margaret Chambers and Debbie Teel, both of Sapulpa; brother Kenneth Proctor of El Reno, Okla; and sister Margerie Ables of Stafford, Ariz.
