Survivors include wife Helen; sons Frank Proctor of Sapulpa, Kenneth Proctor of Tulsa, Rodney Proctor of Tokyo, and Robert Proctor of Vicenza, Italy; daughters Margaret Chambers and Debbie Teel, both of Sapulpa; brother Kenneth Proctor of El Reno, Okla; and sister Margerie Ables of Stafford, Ariz.
