Fern Everett Taylor 91,of Texarkana, Texas died Wednesday August 13,2003 at Edgewood Manor Nursing Home. Mrs. Taylor was born September 14,1911 in Miller County, Ark. She was retired from Mosley's Nursing Home and a member of Oaklawn Baptist Church. She was preceaded in death by her husband, Ira Basil Taylor; one daughter, Fern Murry; one son, Monroe Taylor and one grandson, Steve Hickerson. Survivors include three daughters, Jewel Hickerson of Nash, Texas; Ann Cook of Texarkana; and Margaret Pritchard of Brownwood, Texas; three sons, David Taylor of Doddridge, Ark; Ira Taylor of Atkins, Ark; and Charles Taylor of Genoa, Ark; four sisters, Sue Lovett of Fort Worth, Texas; Helen Weaver and Betty DeRamcy of Wake Village, Texas; and Dorothy Harrison of Nash; 32 grandchildren; 47 great-grandchildren three great-great-grandchildren and a number of nieces and nephews. Services will be 2 p.m. today at Chapelwood Funeral Home Chapel with the Revs. James Lindsey and Gene Cagle officiating. Burial will be in Chapelwood Memorial Gardens. The family will be at 205 Glenway, Nash.
