Son of Henry Breinin and Emily Spillett Breinin.

Charles served as a 1st Lieutenant, 74th Bomber Squadron, 40th Bomber Group, U.S. Army Air Force during World War II.

He resided in Onondaga County, New York prior to the war. He enlisted in the Army Corps on July 26, 1940 in Syracuse, New York. He was noted as being employed as a Baker and also as Single, without dependents.

Charles died in the "Line Of Duty" along with 11 other men in the non-battle crash of an Army bomber in Guatamala during the war.
