Son of Mr. & Mrs. Homer L. Brammer.

Charles served as a Second Lieutenant and Pilot on B-24L "Modest Maiden" (#44-41537), 19th Bomber Squadron, 22nd Bomber Group, U.S. Army Air Force during World War II.

He resided in Onondaga County, New York prior to the war. He graduated from Baldwinsville academy with the class of 1939, having been a member of its 1938 Onondaga County league championship football team.

He died in the "Line Of Duty" when his B-24 flew into the side of Mount Paliwan on Biliran Island near Leyte during a routine flight in bad weather during the war.

Charles also has a "Cenotaph" at the Keystone Church Cemetery, Florida. "Click Here" for that record.
