Frank G. Hyatt, 82, 604 E. 13th St., died Tuesday following a week's illness. Born in Frankfort, Ky., he moved to Muncie in 1900. He was employed at Ball Brothers almost 40 years before his retirement in 1959.
Mr. Hyatt was a member of the First Baptist Church.
Surviving are his son, Thomas; a granddaughter, Tamara Jo Hyatt; two nieces, Mrs. Aldean Creagar and Mrs. Earldean Cranor, both of Muncie; and a nephew, Clyde Furnish, Muncie.
Services will be held at 1:30 p.m. Thursday in Meeks Mortuary with Rev. Harm Weber officiating. Burial will be in Beech Grove Cemetery.
Friends may call after 3 p.m. Wednesday at the mortuary.
