Son of George Bieganowski.

Brother of Victor served as a Staff Sergeant in Headquarters, 25th Infantry Division, U.S. Army during World War II.

He resided in Onondaga County, New York prior to the war. He enlisted in the Army on Janaury 15, 1941. prior to the war, in Syracuse, New York. He was noted as being employed as an Architect and also as being Single, without dependents.

He was "Killed In Action" during the war and was awarded a Silver Star and a Purple Heart.

His older brother, Chester Bieganowski, also served in World War II. Victor Bieganowski was an outstanding athlete at Solvay High School.
