Miss Rella Hill age 83, native and lifelong resident of the Killen community, East Lauderdale county, until eight months ago, died Sunday at 5 a.m. at Mrs Martin's Nursing home 116 Jackson highway, Florence after a week's illness. Deceased was a member of the Baptist church for many years.
Funeral services were conducted ther afternoon at 2 o'clock at Killen Methodist church, with pastor Rev B.H. Mccain, officiation.
Burial was in Hill cemetery near Killen, Brown Service directing.
Surviving are a brother J. Lee Hill of Florence, and several nieces and nephews.
Pallbearers were Preston Jones, Herbert Jone, John S Jones, Lonus Hill, Charles Brezeale and Reeder Olive.
