Services December 4th For Dine Carter Who Died Saturday
Dine Carter, 75 years of age, died Saturday at Leptien Nursing Home in Blair. Funeral services will be held Wednesday at two o'clock at Campbell Mortuary. The Rev. Donald E. Harvey officiating with Masonic graveside services at the Blair cemetery.
Mr. Carter is survived by six sons: Laurence Carter of Detroit; Dr. Russell Carter of Mantace, California; Dr. Clayton Carter of St. Cloud, Minnesota; Carroll Carter of Omaha; Douglas Carter of Blair and a stepson Guy Kohler Of Lincoln; sisters: Mrs. Sylvia Croxen of Hayannis, Nebraska and Mrs. Mary Heidemann of Commerce City, Colorado.
Mr. Carter was born September 16, 1888 at Walthill, Nebraska. He was a mechanic. He also worked at the light plant in Blair for several years prior to his retirement.
