MRS. JOHN FRIGYES
HOMEWORTH - Services for Mrs. Grace Hazel Frigyes,
25, were held Monday at 10 a.m. in St. Josephs Catholic church,
of which she was a member. Rev. Fr. A. J. Manning was in charge
with burial in the church cemetery.
Mrs. Frigyes died Wednesday of last week in her home after
an illness of one week. She resided in Homeworth eight years, coming
from Louisville where she was born.
Surviving are her husband, Corp. John Frigyes, stationed at
Camp Rucker, Ala.; one son, Gary, of the home, her parents, Mr. and
Mrs. Urban Zwick; two sisters, Mrs. Mildred Tournoux and Wanda
Jean; and three brothers, Donald, Kenneth and Lawrence, all of the
home, and her grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. Lemon Hoover and Mr. and
Mrs. Sebastian Zwick of Louisville..

According to her deth certificate, 25 year old Grace Hazel Frigyes of rural RD#1 Homeworth, Columbiana Co., Ohio died on May 2, 1945 in West Township, Columbiana Co., Ohio . She was born on December 12, 1919 in Louisville, Ohio to Urban Zwick and Alice Ottle . She was married to John Frigyes at the time of her death. The cause of death is given as "Pulminary Embolism" due to "Phlibitis - left leg." She was buried on May 7, 1945 in St. Joseph Cemetery, Alliance, Ohio. The information on the death certificate was provided by Urban Zwick, Homeworth, Ohio RD#1.

NOTE: Although both her obituary and death certificate identify Alice Ottle as Grace Hazel Zwick Frigyes' mother, her actual birth mother was Hazel Hoover Zwick who died giving birth to Grace Hazel.
