Born July 16, 1954 in Anchorage, Alaska, daughter of the late Beatrice Priest, she attended Kingswood Regional High School in Wolfeboro and was a graduate of Spaulding High School in Rochester, she also attended Franklin Pierce College. She resided in Dover since 1974.
Cindy had been employed as an accountant as long as her health allowed. She was an avid reader, she loved to cook and was crazy about her family and pets.
She is survived by her loving husband, Brian Abbott and their son, Ryan Abbott; two sisters, Judy and husband, Bob Gray of Rye, Claudia and husband, Roger Tracy of Dover; a brother, Frank and wife, Diane Zito of Bedford, also many nieces and nephews.
There are no calling hours, family and friends are welcome to a Memorial Service on Saturday, Nov. 7, at 11 a.m. at the Union Congregational Church on Main Street in Union, N.H., with a reception to follow. Interment will be private at Pine Hill Cemetery in Dover. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made in her memory to the National Multiple Sclerosis Society.
